Iraqis Resist Uncle Sam's Crusade;
Long Live the Iraqi Muqawama!!!

While the lackeys scratching out a living in the bowels of Uncle Sam's Ministry of Information - CNN, NBC, Fox, PBS... - prattle on endlessly about the 2008 elections, Sam's hapless, privatized genocide in Iraq staggers forward unable to achieve any of His objectives.
Propagandists will continue to ignore Iraq:  that's what their paymasters demand.  But their view nothing to do with reality.
Here's the latest from Iraqi journalists - serious people (unlike Sam's bootlicking propagandists) whose lives are on the line because of their reporting.

Uncle Sam Refuses to Allow Petraeus to Whine to Congress about alCIAda Goblins

Many people in the neo-fascist blogosphere have spilled considerable ink in recent weeks trumpeting Uncle Sam's divine victory in Iraq. News of Uncle Sam's success would become clear, they asserted, once His commanding officer there, David Petraeus, testified before Congress next month. Judging by their self-confidence, one assumed that Petraeus would actually testify in his own words, not as a Sock Puppet.

Predictably, they lied. Like a good Storm-Trooper, if he's allowed to speak at all, he'll toe Uncle Sam's line!

The pro-Occupation Washington Post reports:
Senior congressional aides said yesterday that the White House has proposed limiting the much-anticipated appearance on Capitol Hill next month of Gen. David H. Petraeus and Ambassador Ryan C. Crocker to a private congressional briefing.
After Uncle Sam and His propagandists spent so much energy on the yarn that the testimony given would demonstrate His heroic triumph, we now see that what we'll get instead is more rhetoric from Sambo Rice.

Who thinks they're embarrassed at being punked... again... by Uncle Sam?

The Post piece continues:
The document would not be written by the Army general but instead would come from the White House.
So MISS BEAMISH... Farmer: maybe next time.

Thanks so much, though, for the disinformation!

As Uncle Sam's Occupation of Iraq Flounders, Carpet-Bombing Intensifies

IPS correspondent Ali al-Fadhily writes on how Uncle Sam, defeated on the ground by Iraq's Resistance, has resorted to a vindictive intensification of Carpet-Bombing Campaign to maximize civilian bloodshed:
The U.S. military has dramatically escalated its use of air power in Iraq, leading many Iraqis to conclude that the occupation forces on the ground are facing defeat.

U.S. Air Force and Navy aircraft dropped five times as many bombs in Iraq during the first six months of this year as during the first half of 2006, according to official information....

The U.S. forces are looking to do more of all this. “There are times when the Army wishes we had more jets,” said F-16 pilot Lt. Col. Steve Williams, commander of the 13th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron...

Air Force engineers are working long hours to upgrade the Balad air base, just north of Baghdad, which already supports 10,000 air operations per week. One of the two 11,000-foot runways has been reinforced to withstand five to seven years more of hard use.

Salli Hussein, a 10-year-old girl, lost both her legs when her home was bombed by a U.S. jet fighter near the Abu Ghraib area of Baghdad in November 2006. Her cousin Tabarak and 11-year-old brother, Akram, were torn to pieces in that missile attack.

“I want to have legs again so that I can play with my friends and make Mama happy,” she said.

Iraqi Resistance Denoucnes alCIAda Attack on "Iraqi Citizens of Yazidi Sects"

In this terrorist explosion they want to carry out their tricks to change Iraq’s demographic population distribution to reach, in the end, to impose the acceptance of the occupation, therefore, the plans for reassemble new Iraq’s and the region’s map.

The crime -like this - can not be carried out except professional criminals who do not have any humanity in their hearts and they deserve the disgraceful from Almighty Allah.

The Association of Muslim Scholars in Iraq (AMSI) carries the occupation and the current sectarian government having responsibility for this terrifying crime.

Long Live the Iraqi Muqawama!
Long Live Permanent Revolution!

For more than 4 years, the Iraqi Resistance has stood upright and confronted - day after day - Uncle Sam's genocidal assault in a manner that has radically altered the geopolitical chessboard. He remains mired in Iraq and unable to expand his genocidal crusade elsewhere - into Iran, Bolivia, or Venezuela, for example - largely because of His inability to crush the Resistance.

As in Vietnam, Uncle Sam's Storm-Troopers have the impossible task of occupying a country and 'winning' a guerrilla war against an indigenous army that planned for their occupation. This explains why, after more than 1100 days of occupation, the size of His military force is larger than it has ever been while Sam's political and military achievments remain minimal. Despite the increased n-strength of forces, Uncle Sam has stopped issuing the reports documenting the availability of power in Baghdad. In other words, 160,000 Storm-Troopers can't even keep the lights on!

In light of facts like these, one can understand why Uncle Sam's desperate quest for cannon fodder has taken on an even more desperate tone. We learn from the pro-Occupation Boston Globe that, in an effort to recruit cannon-fodder by any means necessary:
Nearly 12 percent of U.S. Army recruits who entered basic training this year needed a special waiver for those with criminal records, a dramatic increase over last year and more than twice the percentage four years ago, according to new Army statistics...

Army officials acknowledge privately that the increase in moral waivers reflects the difficulty of signing up sufficient numbers of recruits to sustain an increasingly unpopular war in Iraq; the Army fell short of its monthly recruiting goals in May and June....

Since 2003 the Pentagon has taken unprecedented steps to try to meet its recruiting goals, including lowering education standards, raising the maximum age, and steadily increasing the amount of bonuses for new volunteers. But granting more waivers for criminals, specialists said, could end up backfiring.
[Somewhere Mullah Beak must be asking, "can DHS Pedophiles join?"]

In addition to bribing criminals, vagabonds, geezers and dolts, Uncle Sam has used Killers for Hire in Iraq as never before. Jeremy Scahill reports
There are now 630 companies working in Iraq on contract for the US government, with personnel from more than 100 countries offering services ranging from cooking and driving to the protection of high-ranking army officers. Their 180,000 employees now outnumber America's 160,000 official troops. The precise number of mercenaries is unclear, but last year, a US government report identified 48,000 employees of private military/security firms.
Uncle Sam loves using these mercenary killers in Iraq because they preserve His 'plausible deniability'. Sam has no responsibility to report anything that happens to them. He's not responsible for their health and welfare, nor does He bear any responsibility for atrocities they commit. When these Killers for Hire die in Iraq - as more than 1000 have (according to government, who is undoubtedly under-representing the total) - Uncle Sam doesn't have to say anything for months (or even years).

Uncle Sam's reliance on such desperate tactics results from the strength of the grassroots military force in Iraq. Their effectiveness in combating the world's Leviathan presents itself in a multitude of ways. They have shown increasing military sophistication - knocking Uncle Sam's helicopters and fighter planes out of the sky - while continuing with the relentless attacks on occupying soldiers throughout the country that have ravaged and demoralized the occupying armies for years.

Such an organization, which has put Uncle Sam on His heels, requires men and women with a plan, a steadfast commitment to expelling the invader, and a true desire to liberate their homeland. The individual Iraqis who constitute the Resistance committed themselves even though it not their only - or most materially beneficial - choice. Many have sold out to Uncle Sam by joining the police force, the army, the puppet government, or alCIAda's Mosque Bombing Death Squads.

To achieve their political demands - unconditional withdrawal of Storm-Troopers from Iraq, reparations, and revocation of all laws passed under occupation - the Resistance requires contributions from people of many different abilities and political stripes.

They also require political clarity.

As we watch events in Iraq unfold, we owe support to the Resistance even if it doesn't appear as ideologically pure as we would like. Under similar circumstances, Trotsky wrote concerning the war between Italy and Ethiopia and a hypothetical potential war between 'semi-fascist' Brazil and 'democratic' England. In both cases, he ignored subjective characterizations of the bourgeois governments and concerned himself chiefly with the alignment of imperialist forces as catalysts for 'Permanent Revolution'. Concerning Ethiopia, he writes:
Far too little attention is paid to the Italo-Ethiopian conflict by our sections... This question is highly important... Of course we are for the defeat of Italy and the victory of Ethiopia, and therefore we must do everything possible to hinder by all available means support to Italian imperialism by the other imperialist powers, and at the same time facilitate the delivery of armaments, etc., to Ethiopia as best we can. However, we want to stress that this fight is directed not against fascism, but against imperialism. When war is involved, for us it is not a question of who is ‘better’, the Negus or Mussolini; but rather, it is a question of the relationship of classes and the fight of an underdeveloped nation for independence against imperialism.
On the matter of Brazil, he has this to say:
In Brazil there now reigns a semifascist regime that every revolutionary can only view with hatred. Let us assume, however, that on the morrow England enters into a military conflict with Brazil. I ask you on whose side of the conflict will the working class be? I will answer for myself personally – in this case I will be on the side of ‘fascist’ Brazil against ‘democratic’ Great Britain. Why? Because in the conflict between them it will not be a question of democracy or fascism. If England should be victorious, she will put another fascist in Rio de Janeiro and will place double chains on Brazil. If Brazil on the contrary should be victorious, it will give a mighty impulse to national and democratic consciousness of the country and will lead to the overthrow of the Vargas dictatorship. The defeat of England will at the same time deliver a blow to British imperialism and will give an impulse to the revolutionary movement of the British proletariat.
While the situations Trotsky describes here are clearly not identical to what's happening in Iraq, the similarities present themselves with stark clarity. We owe support to the cause of anti-imperialism in Iraq - support made concrete in the form of the Resistance. Anything less - any effort to absolve oneself from the struggle in Iraq due to the inadequacy of the political formations there (according to Uncle Sam's propaganda) - is an expression of support for Uncle Sam's imperial exercise no different than those on the 'left' who supported Uncle Sam's invasion 4 years ago.

Flashpoints Exposes Uncle Sam's Treachery

Monday's edition of Flashpoints is a must-listen:

The Knight Report opens the show. Robert Knight reported on Uncle Sam's Genocide in Iraq and the latest statement from the Iraqi National Resistance in which its leader, Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri, pledged "jihad and escalating jihad, until the last soldier of the enemy flees the land of Iraq." Al-Douri went on to announce that, "your enemy is collapsing and is being defeated, so are its followers, agents and spies as a result of your giant jihadi march."

Knight's report details Uncle Sam's failed military campaign, his attempted oil seizure, his quisling government, and a possible Turkish invasion of Northern Iraq.

While we see a high body count among Iraqi civilians - one of Uncle Sam's objectives - we see little in terms of military progress or military success. In the face of this news, Uncle Sam had a Wet Dream in which Iraq became like Apartheid Israel:
In places like Israel, terrorists have taken innocent human life for years in suicide attacks.

The difference is that Israel is a functioning democracy and it's not prevented from carrying out its responsibilities. And that's a good indicator of success that we're looking for in Iraq.
Nora Barrows-Friedman knows all about Zionist "responsibilities" to Uncle Sam. She spoke with Unembedded Journalist Dahr Jamail.

While Apartheid Israel has been Uncle Sam's chief WarOn Terrorist in his Holy Crusade for Petroleum, Europe has served as Apartheid Israel's midwife and Nanny so that Vanilla Zionists can Genocide Palestine.

Uncle Sam, Apartheid Israel, and Europe: the Vanilla Entente!

Sam wants Genocide in Iraq, and the testimony Jamail has gathered from Iraq demonstrates just how similar Sam's Genocide and the Genocide in Palestine really are.

After Jamail's interview, Dennis Bernstein reports on another kind of Ethnic Cleansing taking place in San Francisco's Historic Mission District, where Vanilla Snitches serve as the shock-troops for Uncle Sam's WarOn Immigrants.

Bernstein also interviews John Ross concerning the ongoing battle taking place in Mexico over WarOn Commie Felipe Calderon's 2006 coup.

Finally, JR of the The Block Report interviews the parents of an unarmed 15-year-old shot through the face from behind on 3 July by the Oakland Pigs.

Of course this has nothing to do the the youngster's relation to Richard O'Neal of the San Francisco Eight, a group of Black Panthers framed up on Torture-Induced confessions.

Predictably, Oakland's Pigs assert without evidence that the boy was armed with multiple guns and using drugs.

Vanilla Justice!

Slave Revolt Radio
'Snow Job': Democrats, Progressives, and the Imperial War Machine

When the Democrates and Republicans worked out their funding (in the form of the Nancy Pelosi Bill) for the imperial war expansion in the Mid-East theater, many of progressives in America labeled it as a 'sellout'. A 'betrayal' of the will of the American public. In reality the Democrates and their 'progressive' side kicks like Moveon.org did what they were set up to do. Snow the public by portraying themselves as a opposition force to the Imperial war agenda while helping to carry out the mandate of Empire and the Administrators within it.

In this (Beyond The Shadow) segment called 'Snow Job: How the Democrates and the Progressive Movement are a Component of the Imperial War Machine' Slave Revolt attempts to expose just that. Clips from John Conyers, Hometown Baghdad, Nancy Pelosi and others help expose the grand illusion that many of those who claim their 'anti-war' yet support a Imperial war party (Democrates), in the hopes of stopping a genocidal war for Empire are in. And how their relationship to the State makes them easy 'Snow Job' candidates at the very least.

The program wraps up with a Tracey James Sound Design called 'Be all that you can be'. Which for the Slaves in Revolt means more than being disposable connon fodder by the Machine, and confused Snow Puppies for the 'Order'.

Savage Graveyard:
More Dead GI Joes & Other
Bad News in Iraq

The news of Uncle Sam's GI Joes in Iraq continues to be bleak. The AP bureau of Sambo Rice's Corporate Propaganda Ministry reported on the Iraqi Resistance's killing of 5 more GI Joes.

Meanwhile, Sam's Reuters bureau reports on the new threat - this time in the skies. The news is not good for Uncle Sam when his invincible Carpet Bomber's become vulnerable.

Iraqi Resistance Report: 3 June 2007

Apparently Lieutenant-Colonel Christopher Garver didn't get the memo: when one's working as a PR flak for Uncle Sam's jackbooting army in Iraq, never tell the truth. That's the word that comes straight from BringItOn Bush & Sambo Rice all the way down.

So, with his staggering admission that after more than 4 years of slaughter and occupation, "We control about a third of the neighbourhoods" in Baghdad and admitting to Uncle Sam's abject failure to accomplish anything beneficial to him in Iraq, Garver obviously broke protocol.

Think about that: 1/3 of one city. After about 1,500 days, all Uncle Sam has to show for his $500,0000,000 orgy of wanton, genocidal slaughter is 1/3 of the Baghdad under military occupation, world hatred, and plenty of DEAD STORM-TROOPERS.

But things are improving, right! In the next six months, everything will be all-right. At least that's what Thomas Friedman says!

Savage Resistance: A Bloody Weekend Points to a Shi'ite Surge Against Uncle Sam

The National Resistance continues to fight, and blood continues to flow in Iraq due completely to Uncle Sam's occupation of Iraq. Uncle Sam's privatized propaganda machine reported on the events this weekend as one of the bloodiest for his GI Joes.

The reason is simple: Uncle Sam's recent policy shift in Iraq made the explicit call to target Sadrists. The strategy took concrete form earlier this week with the kidnapping of Sadrist politician Abdul-Hadi al-Darraji in Baghdad.

    This weekend, the movement responded.

National Resistance Fighters downed a helicopter in Diyala province to the East of Baghdad, killing fifteen GI Joes including a high-ranking officer.

Until his announcement, to retain plausible deniability, Uncle Sam preferred to fight the Sadrist forces - excepting two brief uprisings in Najaf and some scattered fighting in Sadr City - clandistenly. Attacks on the Sadrists were indirect. Meant to divorce the Sadrists from the National Resistance, they took the form of alCIAda-staged Black Ops on Shi'ite holy sites. And, to a large extent these moves were effective, temporarily shattering all hopes for national unity among Iraqis (against Uncle Sam), and using the sectarian attacks that resulted to justify his presence.

The best example of this strategy was Uncle Sam's February 2006 attack on the Askariyah Shrine in Samarra, which Savage Justice covered extensively.

No doubt in anticipation of another Black-Ops strike hatched by Uncle Sam's WarOn Terrorists in Karbala' over ‘Ashura,’ which begins 29 January, Sadrist Resistance Fighters launched a coordinated attack on a puppet government building with grenades, small arms, and more than a dozen rockets on Saturday, killing five more GI Joes.

Elsewhwere in Southern Iraq, the National Resistance staged an ambush in Basra, killing a British soldier.

As it has done with much greater accuracy than Uncle Sam's Privatized Propaganda Machine, the Iraq Resistance Reports detail these and other attacks, which indicate an in-progress unification between Sunni and Shi'ites and a renewed commitment by the National Resistance to expel Uncle Sam's GI Joes.

UnionJack's Forces Under Heavy Assault in Southern Iraq

Even as Uncle Sam tries to turn up the heat on Sadrists in Baghdad (as the invaluable Roads to Iraq reports) in a last-ditch campaign to salvage something from his complete defeat in Iraq, we read on the AP wire service reports that entrenched UnionJack forces occupying the southern city of Basra - a city that borders Iran - have come under heavy bombardment in recent days:
Six British soldiers were wounded in attacks on their base in southern Iraq last night, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) said today.

The Basra Palace camp in Basra city came under fire from a mixture of mortars, rockets and small arms three times yesterday evening.

In the attacks, one soldier was seriously wounded and five others sustained minor injuries...

Two British soldiers suffered minor injuries when their patrol came under attack in the Al Ashshar area of Basra province on Wednesday.
Just as Uncle Sam compelled the always-willing UnionJack to lead NATO's disasterous, failed occupation of Afghanistan, he also convinced Jack to hold down Basra in Iraq. And like every other conclusion reached by Uncle Sam's WarOn Terrorists, their arrogant and racist assumptions about the viability and plausibility of these two missions have left a good number of UnionJack's soldiers surrounded by enemies, helplessly under attack in a foreign land.
