France: Nuclear Hypocrite of the Week

In an act of hypocrisy that would shame even Uncle Sam, France yesterday announced their desire to sell nukes to Libya. Lest we forget, these same French officials less than a month ago condemned Iran for allegedly developing a military nuclear program. Of course, they had no proof or evidence giving such a claim credibility. No matter, though: France, unlike Iran, can simply leverage its Whiteness to assert fiction as fact and lies as truth.

After nominally opposing Uncle Sam's attack on Iraq, France's President, Jacques Chirac, and his team of neo-fascist killers like Foreign Minister Dominique de Villepin and Interior Minister Nicolas Sarkozy have of late fallen in line, faithfully supporting Uncle Sam's global onslaught against the world's poor like docile, obedient lapdogs.

Without French support, Sam may not have succeeded in overthrowing the democratically elected government of Jean-Bertrand Aristide in Haiti. And steadfast support from its French allies has enabled Sam's NED election fixers to continue its March 14 coup conspiracy in the former French colony of Lebanon.

These recent events, and France's flagrant nuclear hypocrisy, reveals much about its relationship with Uncle Sam: whatever their superficial differences on individual campaigns of death and destruction may be, they are resolutely unified in their desire to kill Iranians and slaughter whoever stands in the way of the goose-stepping march of imperialism, Vanilla Sam style.
