Handicapping today's IAEA declaration of war on Iran

So it's come down to crunch time for the IAEA. The members of the Board of Governors must soon decide whether Iran's perfectly legal nuclear energy program merits a referral to the UN simply because the world's biggest nuclear renegade states - foremost among them Uncle Sam - wants a pretext to slaughter innocent Iranians.

So let's have a look at the board and try to handicap who will side on the side of self determination and who will side with the lawless, racist, renegade empire.

Since this vote greases the skids for an invasion, I'll handicap it from the perspective of those who support Uncle Sam's plan to kill innocent Iranians and those opposed.

The board has 35 members. 18 votes means a likely attack in March. While it looks like the deck is stacked, the fact that it was postponed can only be a good sign. Right now I guarantee Uncle Sam's putting all the pressure it can on those hesitant to start a global war:
